HOW TO USE:
Start with clean dry face.
Connect the face mask and neck mask to the control panel,
select your mode and time to sit back and relax. Mask can be used daily starting with 10 minutes per session, working up to 30-minute sessions.
Apply serums and moisturizers.

HOW TO CHOOSE A MASK:
LED mask should not produce heat.
Mask should be comfortable to wear, such as this one made of soft silicone.
Eyes should be protected from LED lighting.
Quality LED (Nm) = Nano meter - should be at least Red - 630nm, Blue - 460nm, Yellow - 590nm, Near Infrared - 850nm for best results.
