DIRECTIONS FOR USE:  Glide along base of upper and lower lashes. Close cap tightly after application.  NOTE:  I like to set all my eyeliners with an eyeshadow, whether the same color or a contrasting color to guarantee no smudging.  Making it clean and precise throughout the day or evening.
