DIRECTIONS FOR USE:   Begin by applying cleanser to a dampened face rubbing in circular motions to remove unwanted dirt, debris and makeup, rinse thoroughly with tepid water and repeat if necessary.  This would be a great time to apply Cryo-sticks to your face to lower face temperature and help reduce inflammation and redness.  Let dry and spray on Essence to entire face and neck, holding bottle 8 – 10 inches from face (repeat throughout the day as needed to maintain and correct acne irritation).  Let dry and finish by applying hydration to entire face and neck.
